Our prior experience with a wide range of industries enable to align talent acquisition strategies to the client’s culture and environment, enhancing performance and improving retention. We collaborate with management teams to implement talent acquisition, training and process improvement strategies focused on the organization’s long-term objectives. We develop partnerships with Executives, line managers and Human Resources to understand and define the comprehensive profile for the position to be filled. We assess the technical competencies and functional expertise needed for success. Focusing on the organization’s vision and the leadership capabilities needed to achieve it, we work to find solutions that match the company’s culture and enhance its competitive position.
Before establishing Six Sigma Consulting Group, we delivered long-term consulting services to Sherwin-Williams, Key Bank, Nationwide, AEP, Chase, Sterling Commerce, Worthington industries, CAS, Giant Eagle and several IBM business-partner companies, where we helped build the infrastructure for senior executive managers. We are a retained recruiting and technology consulting firm, and a former partner in Wright Health Group. We have also held management positions with Carnegie International and key role with the Home Shopping Network.
